Course Four Fall Subscription: Relationships - Developing a Relational Approach to Leadership
Relationships - Developing a Relational Approach to Leadership is the fourth in a series of eight courses and provides students with an understanding of the importance of cultivating a relational approach to leadership. Strong, healthy relationships will determine one’s capacity to imagine, collaborate, discover, and lead. The ability to build strong and lasting relationships has at its core a biblical foundation. The way we approach family, friendships, church, school, and our jobs will determine the viability and possibility of God-honoring relationships. Through this study of relationships, students will understand the importance of relationships and discover their capacity and ability to lead effectively through a relational approach to leadership. True leadership, the life-changing kind, is developed through understanding the importance of building strong and lasting relationships.
The subscription-based model includes digital access to the Instructor’s Guide, Teaching Videos and Digital Book for a semester. Subscriptions must be renewed each semester.
